「Property Location + Station & Building information」:

Nobleton Crest, is a five-story duplex "low-rise condominium" that I has never been introduced before. Nobleton Crest, just about a 10-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur's famous Twin Towers Mall + KLCC LLT + KLCC Park. In KLCC area, Isetan, which is the only Kinokuniya bookstores in Malaysia, The Suria KLCC shopping mall, Robinsons Kuala Lumpur shopping mall and Avenue K shopping mall! It's very convenience for shopping. By the way, another Malaysia popular Pavilion Shopping Mall is also 10-minute drive away. Can you get an image of the location? In more detail, the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia is about a 5-minute drive away, and the villa Samadhi → Click Blog Hotel, where I previously wrote an article, is a 5-minute walk away.

Nobleton Crest, was completed in 2013. The nearest stations are LRT AMPANG PARK station and MRT1 Tun Lazak Exchange - TRX station, which are about a 6- to 10-minute drive away. It is difficult to walk to MRT on foot because the main street, Jalan Tun Ratrak, is in the middle of construction and maintaining the road. If there are few bridges, you can cross the main street, Jalan Tun Razak go to opposite side and it will take about 7 minutes walk from Nobleton Crest to the main street. Furthermore, if across the road and pass through the Japanese Embassy and the new luxury apartment Aria Luxury Residence, then you are reached to MRT2 Conlay station which is under construction, its takes about 15 minutes. In the other hand, if from Japanese Embassy, you can walk to Bukit Bintang Downtown.

The other station is MRT2 Persiaran KLCC Station (KLCC East), which you can reach by walking towards KLCC. However, since the area is under development as a whole, the sidewalk is not yet maintained and walking time can not be reached. Probably about 8 to 10 minutes (from Aria Luxury Residence). We also sell and rent → Aria Luxury Residence and Click Blog.

Nobleton Crest is located in the area of The Embassy of Jalan U Thant, Taman U Thant (also known as Ampang Hilir). There are several embassies, and it is said that security is relatively good due to the concentration of expatriates.

Nobleton Crest Luxury Low-rise Condominium are pure residential apartments with only two buildings. In a development called Build-then-sell (BTS), it will be sold after the property is completed. Five stories. There are about 25 rooms in total, so it is small development. Rooms size from 3,550 sqft to 6,600 sqft (about 329 m2 to 613 m2). Property ownership: Free Hold.

5 Reasons Why to own Nobleton Crest (ノーブルトン クレスト 嘉逸华府):

[ Reason 1 ]

Located at Malaysia Capital - Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC), the heart of Kuala Lumpur:

The Twin Towers (KLCC), the symbol of Malaysia, are about a 10-minute drive from the Nobleton Crest and very close to KLCC. It is surrounded by embassies of various countries. There are other low-rise Luxury condominium around Nobleton Crest, across From Jaran Tun Razak, you can find Dua Residency, The Avore condomium, Suria Stonor Serviced Response, The Manor Luxury Condom, Eaton Apartments such as Residences are lined up. KLCC is the most valuable first-class place in Malaysia! You can see its value.

[Reason 2]

There are malls, restaurants and supermarkets with great daily amenities

In addition to Pavilion Shopping Mall ( about 10 minutes by car), which popular shopping malls in Malaysia, there are The LINC KL (Link Mall) and Intermark mall about a 3- to 5-minute drive away, so there are no shopping problems. KLCC and Bukit Bintang areas are CBD districts with a large concentration of banks and hotels, so each life amenity is excellent. Towards Ampang, there's Great Eastern Mall, which has a cold storage supermarket, about a 5-minute drive away. The famous GLENEAGLES HOSPITAL KUALA LUMPUR is also about a 5-minute drive away.

[ Reason 3 ]

LRT, MRT1 and MRT2 stations are located nearby

There are 2 existing stations nearby Nobleton Crest. LRT AMPANG PARK Station and MRT1 Tun Lazak Exchange - TRX Station. It takes about 6 to 10 minutes by car. Beside these stations, MRT2 AMPANG PARK station and MRT2 Tun Rak Exchange - TRX station will be joined. With MRT2, you will be able to go to Conlay Station (Bukit Bintang area), Tun Rak Exchange station (latest Financial District), Bandar Malaysia station (shinkansen construction plan), Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station, etc in one line, so it will be more convenient. The location is great!

[ Reason 4 ]

Knight Frank, a leading UK real estate consultancy, is in charge of apartment management

A British company with a history of more than 120 years will be in charge Nobleton Crest. With a company with abundant experience and professional management skills, no worry for the condominium management.

[Reason 5]

Rare BIG Size apartments in KLCC area

Nobleton Crest unit size from 3,550 sqft to 6,600 sqft and are rare in the Twin Towers area. In recent years, Malaysia has been in a rush to build condominiums, with most of the city center less than 1,000 sqft (about 92m2). The area tends to be smaller and smaller. If the unit is less than 1,000 sqft (about 92m2), most if the Malaysians will feel that its small. It must be a luxury life if you could live in a condominium with a large unit in the Twin Towers area. I think real estate companies should have already done the analysis that to build BIG Size condominium in this area.
