【マレーシア 観光 旅行 ブログ Blog】Yes, you need to pay the 1000JPYEN TAX when you leaving from Japan, no matter you are foreigner or Japanese, OMG!!! Its the purpose to improve infrastructure for more good travel experience in Japan and to absorb more foreigner with the promotion advertisement especially by 2020 JAPAN Olympic. The New TAX will be kicked in on 7th JAN, 2019, our Prime Minister Mr Abe-san aims to increase the figure to 40 million tourists by 2020. Tokyo will be hosting the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. I am looking forward to it!!! Also, I saw another article that Malaysia also wants to impose same TAX from JUN or JUN 2019, leaving from Malaysia to South East Asia need to pay RM20; leaving from Malaysia to other country, need to pay RM40!!!! OMG!!! What happen to Malaysia Travel? Need to pay so many... Tourism TAX and now another... Who give me money?
