My remark:
When walking down on Bukit Bintang street, you can get any food from any restaurant. When I meet someone surrounding Changkat area(near Bukit Bintang), I found this Verdant Hill Hotel Kuala Lumpur and there are a restaurant at 5F, set lunch, RM18nett with Starter + Main Course + Dessert + Drink. Think its the reasonable price for whole set. There are also many choices, below is the menu list:

---Pesto Pasta
---Mee Sua
---Crunchy Chicken Burger
---Curry Mee Kapitan
---Sweet & Sour Fish
---Sarawak Tomato Kueh Teow
For drink, Iced Lemon Tea, Green Tea or Chilled Orange Juice](included.)
Add on RM3.5 for freshly brewed coffee.
When doing sales call visit surrounding Changkat area, it might be a good choices, places for you to having cozy lunch just next to the swimming pool. I had [Loaded Fried Rice], was yummy and I really enjoy the Malay style dishes as you can see the first picture. Outdoor and indoor both available for seat.
