Marriott Executive Apartments Opens Largest Property in Kuala Lumpur

Marriott Executive Apartments has opened its largest property in the Asia-Pacific region outside China, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Situated near KLCC Park, the development offers 353 serviced apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, catering to both short- and long-term stays.

“We are delighted to bring Marriott Executive Apartments to Kuala Lumpur. This marks our second property in Malaysia and the largest in the Asia-Pacific region outside China, setting a new standard for apartment-style living,” said Ramesh Jackson, Regional Vice President for Malaysia & Indonesia, Marriott International.

The apartments range in size from 48 to 139 square meters (517 to 1,496 square feet) and feature a lap pool, a 24-hour fitness center, rooftop event spaces, as well as family-friendly facilities such as a children’s splash zone and playroom.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, living and dining area, and in-unit laundry facilities. Depending on the layout, residents can enjoy views of the city, surrounding hills, or KLCC Park.

The development offers direct access to the Suria KLCC LRT station and Conlay MRT station, and is within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
