KLCC Property Trust (KLCC, 5235SS) CEO Datuk Mohamad Salim revealed this during a press conference following the company’s annual general meeting.
At present, details regarding the main tenants and occupancy rate have not been disclosed. He explained that “Ombak KLCC is a property owned by Petronas and KLCC Holdings, so further details cannot be made public.”
He also stated that KLCC Property Trust is responsible for the overall facility management services for this project.
