Malaysia International School
The Malaysian international school we visited this time is Peninsula International School Australia, located in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur. This school has well-equipped and clean facilities, including a playground, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a large hall, and a gym. Many Japanese students also attend this school. Below is an excerpt from the school's website.
Peninsula International School Australia offers Australia’s Victorian Curriculum based Early Years, Primary and Secondary education for students from age 4-18.
Peninsula International School Australia’s students can enter university upon graduation.
This curriculum is delivered through partnerships with the prestigious Peninsula Grammar of Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia. Peninsula Grammar provides academic support, course structure and support materials, along with training and mentoring programmes for teachers while they adhere to the highest standards of education associated with Peninsula Grammar’s long tradition of international curriculum academic excellence.
Peninsula International School Australia provides a quality education system for the 21st century needs, with an emphasis on individual learning and critical thinking, to help its students to discover and develop their talents and to fulfill their potential.
We incorporate all aspects of human development:Intellectual, social, physical, aesthetic and moral—with integrated learning by guiding students to be curious about the truth of all that the world has to offer.
We are committed to the creation and maintenance of a peaceful and secure environment, to the non-violent resolution of problems and conflicts and the peaceful co-existence of children of diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds. We consciously build a bridge for our students between Malaysia and the rest of the world so that they can be fully skilled as effective global citizens.
