New Landmark Next to Suria KLCC: “Lot M Podium” Nearing Completion
Right next to the iconic Suria KLCC in Kuala Lumpur, construction of the new commercial facility “Lot M Podium” is steadily progressing, and it’s now close to completion.
Developed by KLCC Holdings—the same company that built the Petronas Twin Towers—this new project is set to become a key feature of the KLCC area, and it’s sure to attract significant attention in the near future.
Prime Location Right Next to Suria KLCC
Located directly next to Suria KLCC, “Lot M Podium” offers an unbeatable location. Once completed, it is also planned to be directly connected to the KLCC MRT station.
With a variety of shopping and dining options, this new spot will be convenient for both locals and tourists alike.
Note: The official opening date has not yet been announced.
The Beginning of a Grand Development Plan
“Lot M Podium” serves as the foundation for the future “Tower M,” a planned supertall skyscraper to be developed in the KLCC district.
“Tower M” is expected to stand at approximately 700 meters, with construction slated to begin sometime after 2030. Upon completion, it will be the tallest building in Malaysia, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM3.7–4.2 billion. Also led by KLCC Holdings, it’s projected to surpass Malaysia’s current tallest building, Merdeka 118 (678.9m), becoming Kuala Lumpur’s next major landmark.
With the completion of “Lot M Podium,” the large-scale redevelopment of the KLCC area is set to kick off in earnest.
