And to elaborate on the location of The Conlay, the Prince Court Medical Center, where customers from around the world come for health check, is within a 5-minute walk. The Conlay is expected to be completed in 2024. The nearest station is the MRT2 Conlay station, which is currently under construction, about a 5-minute walk. One stop to north direction with MRT2 Conlay station is KLCC EAST station near the twin towers. One stop to the south direction is the latest Financial District-Tun Razak Exchange: TRX station. The area around The Conlay is Malaysia's premier CBD (central business district) area, but it is a residential area with new condominiums.
