Premium Language Centre (PLC) was established in 2014 as a core division of Premium Entrepreneur Consultant Sdn. Bhd. (PECSB), a company focused on language education, talent development, and university placement services. PECSB is a 100% Bumiputera-owned company, officially registered and recognized by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) of Malaysia.

PLC is led by a team of experienced professionals, including Ms. Norhawati Mansor, the founder with over 10 years of experience in education, Mr. Hoshinie Saad, the Head of Marketing, and Mr. Adrian Lim, the Academic Director with over 16 years of teaching experience.

The centre is officially registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), and is authorized to accept international students. Recognized as an official English language provider, PLC has established partnerships with over 20 universities across Malaysia.

PLC has long-standing collaborations with both public and private higher education institutions in Malaysia, and is an officially recognized recruitment partner and English language training provider for international students.

【Main Courses at PLC】

●Academic English Program (AEP)

The full-time Academic English Program is designed to strengthen students' academic English skills in preparation for study at universities and other higher education institutions. The program places a strong emphasis on IELTS preparation, and many graduates of the AEP have gone on to succeed in various academic fields.

Class Schedule：Classes are held two sessions per day  (morning and afternoon), with schedules determined according to the student’s English proficiency level.

●General English Program (GEP)

The full-time General English Program is carefully designed for learners aged 18 to 45, with the goal of improving everyday English communication skills. Through intensive training, students enhance their comprehension, expand their vocabulary, and build the confidence to communicate effectively in real-life situations.

Class Schedule：Classes are held two sessions per day  (morning and afternoon), with schedules determined according to the student’s English proficiency level.

●IELTS Express (Academic)

This 16-day intensive program is designed for students who already have a solid foundation in English and want to gain effective test-taking strategies and techniques to confidently tackle the IELTS Academic exam.

Program Overview：Running Monday to Friday, the course includes 4 hours of daily instruction focused on all four IELTS components: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. Students gain a deep understanding of the exam format and learn practical tips to help them achieve their target scores.

Entry Requirements：This course is intended for students with a high B1 level or above. Placement tests are conducted prior to enrollment. Students at high B1 level typically aim for a minimum Band 5, while those at high B2 level or above may target Band 5.5 or higher.If a student’s English level does not meet the requirement, we recommend enrolling in the Academic English Program (AEP) first to build a stronger foundation before transitioning into IELTS Express.

Daily Schedule：

Morning Session (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM): Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking

Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM): Self-study / Group work

This time, we visited a Malaysia language school — Premium Language Centre.

＜Class Room＞

The special chairs are comfortable and come with holders for coffee cups or bottled drinks.

＜Interactive Touch Screen＞ Lessons are conducted using a touch panel.

The screen can be divided into three sections, allowing three people to write simultaneously using different colors.

For example, you can write “Hello” on the screen.

The system automatically refines your handwriting.

There is also a stopwatch function. The top right corner has a space for taking notes.

A camera is mounted above the device, allowing you to take photos and record audio. With internet connectivity, you can search on Google and watch YouTube videos. It’s an amazing touch panel that lets you do many different things.

Bean bags are placed along the walls inside the room, so you can relax while listening to the presentation.You might even fall asleep! 😅

A stylish lounge area with a view of Bukit Bintang, the heart of Kuala Lumpur, through the window.
